  Went to pick up to go order and gives a estimate waiting time of 15 mins. Waited about 20 mins outside to be sure if I came in food would be ready. I walk in and stand at the togo counter. No one manning it and didnt get talked to for another 10 mins inside. With one guy telling me to go to the bartender and points at the sign like I didnt read it. There was also no one manning the bartender booth so.... who am I talking to??? This has been now a total of 40 mins waiting for my food. My wife went in and was told the same. She requested the food or a refund and they were able to produce the food. Insane.

  Buffalo Wild Wings in Centerville was the perfect spot for our group night out! Even with a large group on a Friday night, we were able to be seated easily, which was a huge plus. Our waiter was fantastic—quick to get our drinks, checked on us regularly, and kept everything running smoothly. The food was excellent! I absolutely love the salt and vinegar dry rub on the wings—it’s my go-to. One of my friends ordered the Swiss mushroom burger and said it was delicious, and we all agreed the onion rings were crispy and flavorful. The standout appetizer for me was the loaded tater tots—seriously a must-try. I’ve never had anything quite like them, and they were so good. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, making it a great place to hang out and catch up with friends. Our group will definitely be meeting up here again! 🍗🍔🍺

  Ordered wwnt to pick it up order was wrong las i checked traditional is bone in i paid the extra for bone in i expect bone in not whatever they could stir up fastest if i wanted nuggets i would have gone to mcdonalds

  I keep trying to give Bww a chance but this is the second time I have came and service was HORRIBLE!! When I got there it was pretty much empty but it took the hostess almost 5 minutes just to come sit us when I saw her just talking to other employees. Finally sat down and it took over 20 minutes for a waitress to even come and ask what we wanted to drink. When someone finally came after 25 minutes, as she got to our table her cell phone started ringing and she said I’m sorry I have to take this and walked off. As she’s walking off she asked the other waitress if she could get our drink order, the waitress looked at us and kept walking. Safe to say at that point we got up and walked off after almost 30 minutes of sitting there and not even ordering a drink. Never again!

  A couple weeks ago a table left without paying. B-Dubs punished the waitress. The food was already overpriced, we came out of loyalty. It's a shame that loyalty doesnt extend to their employees. We can get food at a lot of places that dont act this way
