  Just order lunch a few hours ago and the chicken was rock hard and my fries were ice cold smh

  Ordered food for delivery. The num nuts left out an order of wings and a soda. I called asking if they would give me a credit since Postmates has no customer service options, and they said no. They didnt even apologize or tell me why they decided not to give me all my items. Absolutely terrible customer service. Food is mid as well. Everything was cold, wings werent even sauced all the way. They gave us a miniscule serving of carrots and celery. You guys suck. And this isnt the first time this has happened either. Thats why you guys are losing business. They also make u wait forever if ur doing delivery, like i used to pick up there for other customers and theyd never have anything ready and werent even busy. Or they wont even come to the counter when they see people standing there. Smh

  Worst location in Columbus, wife ordered 3 hatch quesos with chili, picks up the order no one says anything just gives her the food, she gets home, NO chili, wife calls store, they reply oh we are out of chili, then offer to just refund the .60$ chili from each....... Then switch to offer to remake the order as the manager has just arrived with chili whatever sense that makes, so she gets the order remade and it's not their chili, it is some bright red nothing but tomato chunk crap that taste nothing like what they serve, horrible establishment that is run by lazy inconsiderate half ass employees
