  I’m saddened by the stark decrease in quality. I haven’t eaten here since 2020 and remember now why. I ordered what I’ve been ordering since the early 2000s in my hometown - boneless wings and fries. I couldn’t believe the size of the wings. We’re talking about the size of your thumb for each wing. I kinda laughed thinking it was like a sampler for a new sauce or something but to my horror realized this was actually my meal. Bite size wings. Like the size of a bite size Halloween candy. They were stingy on the sauce, stingy with the fries, stingy with the size of wings, and it was EXPENSIVE. Violent shrinkflation combined with aggressive increased prices. It may have been my most disappointing dining experience ever. I cannot believe how far this company has fallen. Also, on a Saturday night 10 years ago, this place would’ve been packed. It was empty. I went to a dive bar nearby and got a BASKET of fries for $4 and the same amount of huge juicy boneless wings for way less money. Proof that it isn’t about a struggle, it’s literally just corporate greed. They’re cheating us. On my way out, still hungry and $25 poorer, I took one last look at B Dubs and decided “never again”. Like with Hot Chicken Takeover, corporate greed has ruined this establishment nationally. The service was great and these workers deserve better corporate leadership.

  Just order lunch a few hours ago and the chicken was rock hard and my fries were ice cold smh
