  So after many years of not going to BWW I decided to give them another try. I had received a birthday coupon for $10 off and was told when I ordered it only applies to dine in ( not stated anywhere on the coupon) but ok no big deal. I placed my order and was given a pickup time of 8:10. I arrived on time and at 8:30 our take out was ready. Drove home only to open the bag to see no dippers ( supposed to have 5) and all the food was cold. I called and the manager said I could come back or they would credit me $15. I decided for the credit since it was now almost 9pm and I was already home. Then they credited me back $10 not $15(not a big difference but it's the point) which 5 dippers is $15.49 When I picked up my takeout there was maybe 4 tables of customers so it can't be that they were busy. I am convinced they just can't get it right.

  2nd time in 3 weeks. Ordered take out. Wrong sauce in wings, 5 wings instead of 6 ordered. Missing dips. Then they want us to come back within the same shift to get $10 gift card. Get your wings somewhere else! Thanks for your response and providing a link that does not exist. It keeps getting worse!! Not sure if you have tried to execute the steps you are asking your customers to follow on your FAQ page.
