I absolutely love the food at Buffalo Wild Wings—always delicious and satisfying. However, I’ve had repeated issues with their online ordering system. Each time I pick up my order, it seems someone else has taken it from the rack, and I’ve had to wait for my order to be redone. It’s happened multiple times now, and unfortunately, there’s rarely any acknowledgment or apology from the staff. I really hope they improve their system so that others don’t have the same experience.

Stood at the front counter for at least 5 mins waiting to at least be greeted, even when workers were present just talking to one another seeing that I was standing there but not one came up. Walked right out and will be supporting a different restaurant.

We went to eat for dinner and was not greeted at the door for 10 minutes. Then the hostess tells us the wait will be 15 to 20 minutes when they were not busy and had plenty of tables open. I asked for the manager and he tells us it will be a 30 minute wait. So I asked for the district managers name and he went and got another manager and she tells me his name is Juan and could not give me any other information and I asked for the phone number and she said to look it up online. They were very rude and clearly do not care about their customers. I will not be going there again

The reason for low score was the hostess was rude! We were there for Sunday night football and snacks and she was downright rude. Our server gets 5

Server was great but assuming a manager named juliahnee who was standing in the front was very rude to my family and seems disrespectful to the women working in the restaurant.
