  Probably worst BWW.Fries alwayss very dried and old.Service is extremely slow.Even online orders are slow and gakes 1 hour to be ready.Oh wait last and best part 7 out of 10 times they will “forget” something and wont give your order properly

  Ordered food to go, took over an hour so we called the restaurant to say we will just pick up instead of waiting another 30 mins for delivery. Employee on the phone told us no problem and they will put the order aside for pickup instead of delivery. Upon arrival, they told us the delivery driver just picked up the order 2 minutes before after telling us that they would hold the order. Absolute insanity. DO NOT ORDER unless you have 1.5 hours to wait.

  I’ve already reported the bartender’s bad behavior — they’ve been dishonest. The first time, I was charged twice for different amounts. The second time, they added a 60% tip without my consent. If you come here, make sure to check your bank statement carefully. The service is also quite slow.

  My wife had a bad experience in this food place while she was waiting for more than 10 minutes and the waitress came to her and asked her if she was waiting for something and she answered yes that she wants to order, but she didn’t even say OK I will be right back and she’s just left her and all the waiters are standing there looking at her because it’s one hour left before they close and they don’t want to take any more orders. And just waiting to close the shop .

  I had the pleasure of dining at Buffalo Wild Wings recently, and I have to say, Terri provided the kind of service that made the experience truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Terri greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, instantly making us feel at ease. It’s rare to encounter someone who is so genuinely friendly and attentive, and she really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Terri was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great suggestions for new dishes and drinks, and made sure we were completely satisfied with our choices. Her attentiveness was spot-on—she checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive, and made sure our food and drinks were delivered quickly and accurately. What stood out the most, however, was her professionalism. She handled our special requests with ease and grace, and she was very responsive when we needed something extra. It was clear that Terri takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customer experience. Not only did she provide excellent service, but her positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm added a personal touch that made the evening feel special. Terri's outstanding service truly set the tone for our entire visit, and I would absolutely return to this location because of her. It's not every day you encounter such a dedicated and hardworking team member, and I believe Terri's contributions should be recognized and rewarded. She is an invaluable asset to Buffalo Wild Wings, and I hope management takes note of the exceptional service she provides to customers like myself. Terri has set the bar high for customer service, and I wholeheartedly believe she deserves a well-earned pay raise for consistently going above and beyond!
