Became severely ill 3 hours after eating. Throwing up and diarrhea from both my gf and I.
Also the order was never made until I arrived even though I placed it online, and the order was still incorrect after having to prove I made the order

I visited the Bww in Westland recently and if I could zero starts I would. My son decided he wanted to eat here for his bday so I chose a different location.
My experience was the TOTAL opposite. The customer service at this particular bww was IMMACULATE! They have no idea how good it feels to go some where , where you have to spend your hard earned money and be treated with some respect. I appreciate this GREAT customer service and if I could give this restaurant 100 starts I would. And the waitress was theeee ABSOLUTE BEST she deserves employee of the year she was patient very nice and extremely attentive. I don’t remember her name but we were there 9/25/2025 at 7pm for a party of 10 for my sons 8th birthday (his balloon may still be in the ceiling lol) hope this helps the employee get recognition!!! Thanks for EVERYTHING!!

I ordered a 20 pc with a regular fry and it wasn’t until I drove 30 minutes east to finally eat my food to see that they messed up my food order. For some reason they put cheese on my fries I didn’t even know that was an option here. I spoke to a manager and she stated since I left the building I would have to get a food credit instead of a refund on their companies mistake.
