  My food arrived cold 1 hour and 20 minutes later, it took 20 minutes for the waitress to come to our table to serve us and very little came near our table, I can understand that the restaurant is full but it does not justify that my food arrives cold.

  Waited 45 minutes for our meals (2), after multiple inquiries with the server our food was finally served... COLD ! Sent both meals back, wItrd another 30 minutes for what we thought would be fresh meals, but no, served us the food we sent back and it was no hotter than round one . Last time I will patronize this location ☹️

  Usually always go at lunch time when it isn't really busy. The food is always great, as is the service. It's best to go when they're doing specials because otherwise it can get expensive. Sometimes the music is a little loud and can make it hard to have a conversation. I understand at dinner time when it's busy but maybe turn it down a little at lunch.

  We enjoy coming here. It’s me of our comfort food places. I felt that the quality of food has improved and the service by the wait staff was always attentive. We enjoy Rob’s friendliness and his attention to make you happy. Great bar food, great service, and great place for games. Just BW3 upholding being a BW3! Love it.
