  I had a disappointing experience at Buffalo Wings. The service was extremely slow, and I waited over 60 minutes for my order. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to lack customer service and didn't appear to care about the quality of the experience. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.

  Been sitting here for 10 minutes and no waiter has come by (see pic). This place has 2.9 stars and I can see why. Do not come here. The staff clearly doesn't want to make any money. I've been here once before last year and had no issues. Inexcusable as everyone around us was being served.

  Waited outside for 40 min for a table of 6 walking into a pretty empty restaurant. The waiter didn't check on us but to bring drinks out. Food was very late and not brought out by server. We were at your restaurant for over 2 hours and the next day we all were sick to our stomach from our food. You want bad service with food that will effect you the next day? Go to the Hobbs Buffalo Wild Wings

  Absolutely awful service sat here for 30 mins and watched other people be able to order as we were ignored, after we ordered we had to wait another hour and a half AND the food was not good it was burnt and then we were yelled at for not leaving a tip and tried to assault our 17 year old friend

  This was the worst B-Dubs I've ever visited. There was five tables of people when I walked in, so you could say that they were not busy. It was just me, it took 10 minutes before someone took my drink order and that only happened because I made eye contact with the server that was meandering around, so I ordered my food at the same time. It was 5 minutes before I got my drink, it was another 30 before I got my food. After 20 minutes of waiting on my food I made contact with the server and they walked over and apologized for the way and said that they were just swamped...... Now for the food quality! When I got my wings which was supposed to be two different flavors, they were all the same color and very dark. The wings have been burnt to a crisp. There was no I was going to send them back expecting better wings to return. I just drank my beer ate them paid my bill and left. I didn't complain, I did leave a small tip, but comically when I was checking out another family was letting them have it about their poor service.
