  Visited on October 10th around 6PM. We were seated quickly, but then waited over and hour for our food, with no explanation or updates from the staff. Other tables that arrived after us were served first. We asked our server twice and were told it was “coming soon,” but it clearly wasn’t. By the time the food arrived, we were frustrated and ready to leave — and there was no apology or compensation offered. Really disappointed. Poor communication, slow service, and no sense of urgency from the staff. Would not recommend based on this experience. We asked to speak to Manager took over 15 minutes to show up.

  Worst buffalo wild wings I’ve ever been to. Should have known since the restaurant was empty and all those surrounding it were full. Food was awful! Had to wait a long time for the food as well. Do not recommend!

  We waited over an hour to have food, there was no waitresses to ask how we are doing or explaining why it took so long. My son ordered very mild wings but ended up getting the extremely spicy wings, which he couldn’t even finish. Yes, they took off his food from the check and gave a 15% discount, but still proceeded to add the 18% large group gratuity to the bill. We will not be back.

  Great food, server was great but as a sports bar it is on the loud side. 10/10 would recommend.

  My husband and I dined in on 9/20 at the Pier Park location in PCB. What stood out to us most was our waiter Cole. Cole was the coolest, kindest, most thoughtful, and exceptional waiter you could ever ask for. He took care of us better than some fine dining restaurants and truly had the nicest and most positive attitude despite how busy he was. He would be the reason we returned if ever in PCB. I pray management see’s this and values and celebrates him as a great employee. He truly deserves it. Cole keep shining bright, God bless!
