ATTENTION!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Mid food and mid management. I ordered food for my family here once and was played. Shouldn't have to wait 50 minutes on wings that take 12:00 minutes to cook. And the boneless wings take 6:30 minutes to cook. This place isn't that clean behind the scenes either. I've seen employees and a manager touch your food with no gloves on. Sometimes there's flies in the kitchen too. Now that I don't work there I have nothing to lose or gain at this company. I've been working there for over a year. This is not somewhere you can build a career. They expect you to just shove your personal life to the side and only give your all to the Buffalo. Screw that. We're human and should be allowed to be upset at work as long as the work is getting done. At least I was working hard in the kitchen while you had front of house employees just posted up against the wall. Not restocking tray or sauce or doing dishes , just staring and judging the kitchen crew. Seems like this company don't care what you're going through personally at all either. They want you to leave all your problems at the door when the way they treat their employees and run the company is one of the biggest problems in your life. They only care about red tickets and what kind of pants you wear. For real you're gonna complain about a line cook's pants but then on the flip side not even make sure we have enough chicken wings thawed out and ready to cook on a day when there's a buy one get special on chicken wings? You're for real gonna complain that I have an apron on when I go get a drink to hydrate myself but then not say a word to your favorites about not having anything stocked up or cleaned on my station when I clock in? Just a few complaints since they have so many about me. There is heavy favoritism towards the front of house over the kitchen staff. They will over work for sure. Also take advantage of your hard work . You'll have to do other people's job for them as well. Employees also gossip a lot. General Manager doesn't run things really well. No lunch or smoke breaks either. Can't even get a drink at their bar even though you do their grimy work .They're all really close too so just be aware of these things if curious about working here. To all the youth, stay AWAY from companies that don't appreciate and take advantage. Get into a trade or go to school or be a rapper man something damn!!

I guess when you are the only show in town you think just showing the games is doing the customer a favor so you don’t have to offer any specials on a Sunday. I’ll support a local bar instead of this chain crap. Even if they don’t show the game at least you get a cheap burger.

There's a ton of TV's around the entire place, some with funny videos, sports, and other. The wings/burgers are decent, they aren't too good to me, but everyone has different taste buds so you might like it. I tried the bone-less wings with lemon pepper dry rub, whenever you get dry rub I recommend to ask for not too much, the wings were practically drowning. And the burger is also decent, the triple bacon cheeseburger.

Took over 50 minutes to get our food. Shoulda walked out. The food was disgusting & my family was up all night sick from it. Service was terrible too. Save your money - don’t eat here!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR EVEN A MEDIOCRE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE. If I could rate it any lower I would. Where do I start? The server informed us as she spoke whisper quiet that “they’re training new cooks in the back” hence the reason our food was taking so long to get out. After 55 minutes of waiting for just four entrees, no appetizers and 1 specialty drink we finally received our food. No customer service or genuine table interaction to be found. We had enough when we discovered 2/4 entrees at the table were incorrect and asked to speak with the manager. What a piece of work this guy, Steve was. Unempathetic, and genuinely seemed annoyed by our demand of an explanation as to what the hell was going on. A bizarre person to begin with but then compounded by his lack of understanding was truly a strange and unfortunate experience. I found him to be cold and bothered by our polite yet stern questioning of the service we were experiencing. One of the pictures attached will show the nice “surprise” the bussers left us by not cleaning from underneath the table we were sat in. The second photo shows a dish that was tossed in the Nashville hot sauce they have. ITS DISGUSTING. The sauce tastes nothing of the menu description.
