  Place is super packed and the bar tender Gabriela is amazing. Despite being extremely busy she was always smiling and giving all her customers excellent service.

  Went to Buffalo wild wings 9/25/25 and there were a lot of people and the place was full. The lady at the counter asked how many people and I said 7 and another gentleman chimes in and said 5 in his party. The lady at the counter turns back to me and says very rudely there are 8 groups of people ahead of you but you can wait if you want it will be 3 hours wait. I understand if they are busy but the ladies tone was rude. I come here a lot and I take my family when they come to visit but this was the worst. The food has always been good but I won’t recommend anymore if this is how the talk to their customers.

  I took my daughter out to dinner and we had the best servers. Bree and Deven did an amazing job. The food was perfect!

  Worst BWW I have ever stepped foot in. Walked in on a Thursday afternoon and it was pretty slow, maybe 4 or 5 other tables were there. It took a couple minutes to get us seated which was no big deal, but as we got seated I noticed a bunch of trash on the floor and took a mental note of it. After we got seated it took a couple minutes for our waitress to show up and half heartedly pretend to care about taking our order. After ordering I got up to wash my hands and noticed even more trash all over the floor. The entire time we were in the restaurant I was watching staff members walk past napkins and food on the floor. Not a single staff member attempted to pick up any of the trash. For all I know its probably still there. Once we got the food the fries were cold and can tell it was made by someone that truly didnt want to be there that day. Now to top it off my bank account has a charge pending for $10 more than what my receipt said. Im just waiting for it to clear the pending stage before I open up a claim if it doesn't revert back to what the charge was. Avoid this place at all costs.
