  Visited on a Sunday evening around 5–6 PM and it was quite busy. The staff were friendly and did their best, but it seemed a little understaffed for the crowd that day. We had a 25-minute wait to get seated and another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The wings and sides were fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere with multiple big screens made it a great spot to watch a game. The bill came to about $30–$40 for two people, which felt reasonable for the experience. A good place overall, just expect a bit of a wait during peak hours

  When we walked in there was no one in line or ahead of us, there also was no one there in the front to greet or seat us. So we sat down for about 5 minutes before someone came and asked if we've been helped yet. We finally were seated, ordered as soon as our server came because we already knew what we wanted. It took almost a whole hour to get our food and appetizers, mind you the place was not busy or packed and even if it was it should NOT take almost an hour to get appetizers and or our meals. When our food did come, the wings had no meat on them at all, they were all bones just covered in sauces we were livid! Not to mention they forgot about our appetizers as well and had to remind them. Over all, we were not satisfied with customer service and the bones that were disguised as wings. Very disappointed, I would not recommend this BWW to anyone unless you want an hour wait for food, no meat on your wings, meals forgotten and horrible customer service! 🚫

  My husband and I came for a date night on 9/15 and we decided to sit at the bar because he had just gotten off from work and was hungry. We thought faster service yeah right. It took 1 hour for per of our food to come out and after 30 mins in top of that hour the rest of our meal was not out. After 2 hours our food was not out so we decided to leave. The manager did nothing. Today 11/7 we decided to give it another try and I’m just done with BWW at the Outlets. And hour later our food was not out. Other people that came 30 mins after us got their food. Our order was taken around 7:30 and we left at 8:32 with no food. We only drank our drinks. You guys need to do better. And manager should do more for issues of this gravity.

  First off, the fact that our server told the host at the front before we even got seated, “if you’re gonna seat me then just seat me because I just wanna get this over with” is so unprofessional. I already saw that as a red flag. I work with food and guests as well and I would never say that in front of anyone let alone to my coworker who is also trying to do their job. It was not even busy. When we did get seated it took a while for her to get to us. She got us our drinks and also took a while to come back to take our order. I understand working with food and guests can get overwhelming and I’m not sure what the work environment is at this location but it was so awful. If you don’t want to be there then just don’t be there but also if you can’t afford to leave your job then don’t bring your issues out on the guests you’re serving. I’m not sure how everyone else’s food came out but for me it was cold and the fries were hard as well as the tenders. I was super hungry so I just sucked it up and dealt with it because I did not want to deal with this server. Not once did she ever come back to check on us or even ask for refills. I dunno what it was with tonight but everyone working was like on something. Wouldn’t be a last resort option to stop by here as it was terrible and I wish I could give it 0 stars.

  Daniel was our server. I understand we were seated in the bar section but he only came by once to offer drinks. We're were basically out of drinks the entire time. Once the food came out they were warm/cold. Not even fresh hot. Management....if you are going to have people seated in the bar section, you need to either have more employees or have your current servers check your tables More. I came with my friend first. Waiting for a table of 4. For a half an hour, not once an employee checked or cleaned our dirty table. 30 minutes later, my friend decided to ask. Then once we got the food after my friends arrived, the food was cold/kinda warm. Not a good experience at all 🤮😭
