  Waited about 2 and a half hours for our food. And it didn't seem like they were low staff. Was a wrong choice to dine at compared to others . Wasn't even a busy day tbh .

  I usually don’t eat here but gave it a chance only to be disappointed. The cashier was so rude and unprofessional, half answered our questions. Two 12 piece wings and fries for 75.00 definitely should have better customer service.

  Ok I went there for lunch , when we came in the front door no one to greet, so we waited, when the lady came she did not attend to us first she attend to someone who walked up and was not there first in line, that was not right, I know why she did it, so I continued to wait to be seated, once we were seated we waited for about 30 minutes for a service person and when some one came she said I noticed you all had been waiting for a while have anyone taken your order we said no ,can you do it she said no I have to go ask because this is not my area we said OK, she did go ask and got the OK to do so, but before she came I noticed that two lady's in the back at the table talking, and a young guy at the table talking to them and I noticed another lady acting manager sweeping the floor but left so much trash around where we were sitting then go off and start talking to other workers , and before all this i noticed one lady running back and forth taking order bring food to customers trying to hold down this place by herself the only one working which was sad and it was obvious why the other were not just hanging around doing nothing, I give the young lady Ms Imani, a 10, for her customer service she is a very hard worker with the upmost customer service , and she is friendly, smiles speaking to customer very nicely, I say all this because I watch her work and watch the other stand around, talk to one another doing nothing and that was sad,,

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. Avoid this BWW location. Workers seem like they don’t want to be there. When I first walked in there was no host, I had to ask for help and the server gave me attitude for simply asking for the host. Our food took an hour to come to the table. Our appetizer came AFTER our main dishes. All of our orders were incorrect. When we mentioned it to the server, RICARDO, he instantly gave us an attitude, making snarky remarks, not refilling our drinks, not asking if everything was ok after bringing out the rest of the food order. RICARDO would purposely avoid our table. Mind you more than half the restaurant was empty. We were the only table in his section. Another server Sandy was extremely helpful and she brought us our refills. When it came time for the check he purposely gave Sandy the check to avoid coming to our table.

  We ordered the sample platter and it took about 30 min to be brought out. About 3 waitresses said it would be longer but we didn't think 30 min. If you want appetizers, I recommend you get the regular options and not the sampler option. Right after we got our food. Everything was cold and over cooked. We did enjoy the drinks. The food quality could've been better.
