The person for the front takes forever to come and talk to anyone standing there and once they finally get there it's with zero urgency to get our food. There should be a designated employee for the front so online customers and dashers aren't waiting forever for their food.

The staff are very nice aside from a select few which we try to avoid because they seem to be there for a job and nothing else.
If you go there on a BOGO day, and plan to order carry-out, order at least 30 minutes in advance or you'll be waiting for a while, but that's to be expected on a night like that.
Overall, we only go on BOGO nights, otherwise the cost isn't worth it.

4th time i ordered on the app and they don’t give you all the stuff you order and half ass your meal. yall work at the top easiest jobs possible mabye just do the bare minimum

Our waitress was great, very attentive, always keeping our drinks filled. Our appetizer, stuffed tater tots, was amazing, but thats it, our main meals weren't that great. Pay extra to make a sandwich a delux and the cheese looked like it was a Kraft cheese out of the individual packaging. My wrap wasnt great either. I hadn't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in years and it diffenately isn't what I remember. Sorry, wasnt worth our money spent.

We went in for the BOGO burgers for National Cheeseburger Day. Had to redeem the coupon on the app, which would have been fine, accept the app was not working. Had to pay full price for the burgers, they would not honor their own coupon even though it was their system that wasn't working for over an hour and others were also having difficulty. The server, Hannah, was short with us, and it took longer than normal for her to come take our order, then it took nearly 20 minutes for her to come check if we needed any boxes and bring us our check. Out of all the great experiences we've had at this location, today was terrible.
