  Everything about buffalo wild wingss is horrible from the front to the back end the people don’t want to work there and they have bad customer service and bad attitudes.

  I placed a pickup order around 7:15 PM, and it was supposed to be ready by 7:50. It’s now 8:30, and I’m still waiting for my food. I’ve already asked three different employees about it since it’s been over an hour since I ordered.

  We tried to dine in. Waited while 3 girls sat there talking. We never was greeted so I finally asked the girl do we seat our self or what? She told us we don’t have hostess. So we walked out. Waited like ten minutes not to mention the restaurant was empty had b plenty of open tables.

  Well really don't know where to start..... I've been coming here off and on for a year Candace is the only one that knows good customer service... Manager are lazy at best??? Bar tenders have attitude issues every time I come in for a beer 🍻. Walk Ons makes this place look like A lost hole in the Wall stuck in the 80's.. Just review the Reviews 🤔

  Great food but BAD service. I went there tonight and had two young ladies a trainer and trainee who took my order. I wasn't sure who the trainee was or who the trainer was. So after I sat down they came over to greet me without too much delay. However once I put my order in I only saw them when they dropped off the food and collected payment. NOT ONE TIME DID THEY COME TO CHECK ON ME. When I ran out of Pepsi I was waiting so long that I was about to go fill up my own cup but then as I was walking toward the soda machine they saw me and filled it up. As I was about to walk out the door the manager approached me and asked how everything was but at this time I had to get going.
