  Great atmosphere. Stuff is very accommodating and friendly and trying hard to help everyone. Definitely returning back. 5 out of 5!!! Candyce you are the best!!!

  Service was slow, our server wasn't the friendliest, our food was dry and overcooked. Had to ask for all the sauces I ordered. Overpriced. Seemed like everyone hated their job. Hope this place closes down lol.

  Slow service, not a lot of customers on site and no bartenders. I have been a long time customer at this location. I have seen how this place has going down as it has loss good waitresses and great bartenders this past year, definitely a management issue here. I left and took my business somewhere else since they can't make one simple drink like a mango/pineapple long island. I never thought that this place was going to change very drastically for worse. I have been holding back to write a review hoping that it will get better but I don't think it's happening here. 10/18/25

  There is a reason I prefer to go to the Gurnee location. This place is a joke. 1.If you order takeout expect to wait an eternity for your order to be ready. 2. They will get your order wrong. Last time I went they took FOREVER and the person gave me the incorrect order. I contacted the manager and he provided a refund. Today I ordered and AGAIN my order was messed up with the fries missing and the tenders and wings hard as rocks. Mangers hold your employees accountable for not doing the BARE MINIMUM, making sure orders are correct. People shouldn't have to worry about their orders being correct, they should always be. Retrain your employees. This is ridiculous.

  Buffalo Wild Wings is a hit or miss place. I've had two misses and now I'm done. The food tonight was bad quality. They don't check the food before they send it out. I had a wing with feathers still on it. The wings were overcooked and it wasn't even close to being saucy. As I was leaving I saw someone else with much better looking food than mine. The Smashburger, while I understand it's supposed to be a little greasy it was super greasy.. we ordered cheese curds while they were pretty good, the amount that they put on the little tray, they should have given us a saucer. And of course tonight they were out of carbonation so we were not able to get any pop/soda. All they had to offer was water and alcohol and even the alcohol you couldn't get a tequila sunrise because they didn't have the orange juice. The service of the waitress was good but everything else was Boo! With all the errors and all of that, did they offer anything off the the bill? Nope! We had to pay $5 to get my granddaughter a beverage because she didn't want milk with dinner, and they weren't offering anything else but water. And again nothing off the bill. Not anything extra... nothing. Yep! Done!
