  I can see why this place was dead on a Friday night. 4 ppl at bar so decided to sit there. Dirty bar top, 5 minutes later finally was spoken to. Manager was there prior but didn’t appear to want to speak to any guest. Never refilled a drink food was horrible. Service is just non existent. Get back to the basics and retrain the staff.

  All I've got to say is that I should of read the reviews before eating there. Service was terrible, items were missing, Mac and Cheese was absolutely put in a microwave because the outside was warm but the top and inside was straight out of a freezer. Never again at this location I tell ya.

  The worst service I have ever received, I do not recommend anyone going here, specifically with the night staff, we waited more than an hour for the food, there were mice around, I don't think wings take an hour to make, it is fast food, the manager on duty is terrible, does nothing to provide a solution, do not waste your time going to this place

  Have been here a few times only because it’s the closest one in the area, the food is always incorrect. The label could be right annd the food is wrong, even if the food is what I ordered it comes out cold. The service is horrendous and clearly no one here cares whether it is the carry out or in house. I’ve been working in the service industry for years and have never left a review or judged an establishment but when it is this bad this consistently something needs to be done. Remove the branch at willowbrook. 0/10 absolute joke cannot believe they are still open.

  This specific location has to be one of the worst. The service is absolutely horrible and the individuals that work there are not friendly. I have had several bad experiences at this location. I recently ordered take out from this location and my order was completely wrong. All of the labels on the boxes said the correct food / seasoning / sauce but inside was a completely different order. I then had to go back to the store to have them redo my order and wait another 25-30 minutes. It was now an hour and a half since I placed my original order. I cannot believe the lack of attention to orders. I will not be returning again and will drive the extra 15 minutes to a different towns location.
