  Placed order online around 5:30 for a party I was attending spent $89.00 my food had a time to be ready @ 6:10 pm. I arrived and waited for my order and I received it at 6:50 pm went 4miles to the party laid my food out and it was not satisfying at all the fries were cold the wings and the burgers both was so hard even the buns. The meat on the burger was so hard and burnt very very very unsatisfying.

  Came by this afternoon and the manager Skye and the bartender Marlana were both amazing!! Food and service amazing as always

  The place was packed on Saturday night, but we had excellent service and great food. Our waiter, Darrel, was attentive, friendly and personable. He did a great job and provided great service without hovering like some waiters do. It was just the right amount of attention without being intrusive. Very, very pleased with tonight's dinner even though the place was crowded. A++++ for Darrel!

  Not happy with my dinner last night. Have been to BW3 many times over the years, and this may have been the worst meal I have ever had. I ordered 10 boneless wings and they were all small and dry. Not sure if this is normal BW3 shrinkflation or expense issues, but they were definately not worth the cost. Have no issues with the service which was great, and the tater tots were good. But the boneless wings were pitiful. PS. We live in SC, why is it always 65 degrees inside. If I had a jacket along with me I would have put it on. If you can't handle warmer temperatures, move north.
