  Ordered delivery from the store. No dressing for the salad. 3rd time this has happened at a BWW so i guess they have an issue across the board. The wings tasted old, the Mac and cheese was a cold gelatinous mound, and the fries that I paid for loaded, the queso was brown and chunky and gross. No condiments, no wet naps, no nothing. Paid $50 for food that made me sick for the night and was thrown away

  This was our first time, food was good but service is so terrible i am writing this at the restaurant. Waited 30 minutes to get our check. I dont care how busy you are thats ridiculous. We will find another wing place more than likely.

  Went in for a quick beer and appetizer with some friends, but ended up waiting nearly an hour just to place our order. We could tell our server was overwhelmed by a large party, which we were sympathetic to, but waiting over 45 minutes without anyone taking our order was excessive. When we asked to speak with a manager about the delay, his response was disappointing. He brushed off our concerns and said the long wait was fine because our server was busy splitting checks for another group. That didn’t add up, if she was clearly swamped, why not send another server to help? Letting her shoulder all the blame while doing nothing to improve the situation told us everything we needed to know about how this place is run. Poor management, long wait times, and zero accountability. If you value your time, skip this spot.

  Came here for the wing deal, and Hayden had excellent customer service. The dining hall was busy and he handled it with Grace. The only downside was the customer service from the only black waitress on the floor. I asked her a simple question and received attitude, This was my first time here and she was so nice to the people in her section. But seem like she did not want to help the people waiting at the take out desk(me and another guy ). Kindness goes a long way, I only asked if someone could grab Hayden as I was missing items from my order And had been waiting at the desk for 10+ minutes.

  Not sure where to start. Server was great however should have also noticed how bad some of the wings were visibly when grabbing the plates. Wings looked like they were made at lunch time and we were having a 9pm dinner. Many of the boneless wings were only half covered in sauce. All of the wings and boneless wings were room temperature at best. Fries were all cold. Mozzarella sticks had breading around a cold hard cheese stick that didn’t even break apart let alone stretch without it pulling the breading off one side of said cheese stick. Cheese curds were the same, cold and firm/rubbery inside. There was 6 of us, 2 had burgers they said were “ok” but their fries were also cold. Most of us are all non complainers but one person pointed out how bad their boneless wings were and got a fresh batch that was night and day different shade of color for the same sauce. With everyone having the same issue clearly visibly looking at the plates nobody else was offered a fresh batch unless they asked. As we hung around for a little we jokingly waited to see if the left over sauce on those fresh ones would turn as dark as the first batch was. They didn’t. Original batch and other peoples wings must have been made previous to us ordering. There’s no way they were cooked to order. The one fresh batch came out great. Beer was good so congrats on not messing that up I guess. As long as this review is, it’s worth all the words written. Server was very nice but all our meals were absolutely horrible and I’m truly not exaggerating here. None of us will be returning here. I don’t know if it’s laziness, trying to cut down on waste, or just unhappy atmosphere to work but whatever the reason please train your kitchen staff to actually care about their job. McDonald’s chicken nuggets would have been more fresh and a better experience. The 1 star is being gracious.
