  Was here for a delivery order and they kept lying to me about it being ready soon for 40 minutes and they still didn’t have it ready screw you I don’t care how busy you are. It doesn’t take that long.

  I went to pick up wings & salt and vinegar fries last night! The fries were absolutely disgusting 🤮THEY WERE HARD & taste OLD! Better fries at MCDONALDs! Wings tasted microwaved!

  When we arrived a burly bearded man with red hair told us they were busy and turned around giving us his back. I looked and the place was almost empty. My husband insisted that we turn around and go in. He thought this is our first visit to this spot in Bloomingdale's. Afterwards, a young guy looked at us in a bad way and said ok anyway come in. I had no appetite anymore and was very angry. Afterwards, Jezenia served me, what a nice girl she explained the menu to us, made recommendations, and even made me feel like eating again. I left her a good tip, but I can't give a good review because although her service was excellent, the staff in general is very rude.

  I was appauled to see that this establishment prepared the SMALLEST/Most Absymal portion sizes for my wife's $17-$20 5-Piece Chicken Dunker meal that I had ordered for pick up. Each piece could easily have been less than 2.5 inches and barely over 1/2 inch in width each. Ive ordered here before and the Chicken Dunkers were easily double the size! No clue what happened, or if management changed, but the fact that this was even served to a customer is a huge slap in the face. Especially when the trip for this customer is 20 mins there and back. Plus, I've worked at Bdubs years ago, and this portion size wouldve never been packaged. I wish I took a picture so whoever reading this can make sure to never take a portion size like this home, but unfortunately my wife and i worked 12 hours and couldn't wait to eat. Please never serve cut sizes like this ever again. If you were running out, or if this was the bottom pieces of your frozen goods, just don't serve it and offer a refund. shaking my head!!

  I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. If you happen to dine here, be cautious if you're assigned to a waitress named Aryana. During my visit, she was inattentive, got our order wrong, and responded with a rude attitude when we tried to clarify things. I later learned that other customers have had similar issues with her. Unfortunately, when concerns were brought to management — specifically a manager named Johnny — nothing was done to address the situation. This lack of accountability and poor customer service really took away from what should’ve been an enjoyable meal. I'd recommend choosing a different location if you’re looking for a better dining experience.
