  We go here regularly and it’s always a 5 STAR experience. We love this place! But I’m leaving a 1 STAR because our last visit was TERRIBLE!!! My wife and I I were seated easily enough after a 10min wait, but our food didn’t come for over an hour and our server never checked in. Then when the food came after we asked about it, it came incomplete. But our server didn’t know it was incomplete until we flagged her down to ask her to remove it from our bill as we didn’t need it anymore. It’s a shame as we really like this place and it’s always been so good.

  Took over 45 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t hot! Even a child’s Mac and cheese was like warm. Yall could do vetter

  Good place They have some happy hours specials before 6 pm We ordered beer, wins, burger, tacos de la calle and cheesecake with caramel The place have a lot of tvs to see sports. I recommend here

  Food: Take Out - Cold mushy potato wedges and fries, like they had been sitting there for awhile, Dry, Almost burnt cheesesteak, good seasoning on potato wedges, pretzels were yummy, only got 1 cheese sauce - picture shows 2, bun was hard on ends Service: ok. There was only one girl and the orders were piling up. She had to answer phones, run and get food from the back, make sure the order was correct, give all the condiments, and give to customers. There needs to be at least 2 if not 3 working that area on busy nights. No where to sit and wait for your order, have to stand and when your order is 30 min past due-it’s annoying Atmosphere: light and fun. Everyone was watching and cheering on the football games. It was very loud.

  I have called several times to place an order for pick up every time I call get put on hold. This is not good business. It gets old to be placed on hold. Hire more help if you that busy. 9-26-2025. Once again fry to call in order for pick up. The idiot that answered the phone ask for name. I told him 3 times. He kept saying sir I need. name for order after telling him 3 times. I just hung up. Buffalo wild wings needs to do better. The managers needs better training so the can train their staff to do a better job.
