  Waited forty five minutes for food and it was gross.I got the bacon's patty melt The bacon was burnt couldn't even bite into it.And the hamburger was even so crispy, it was hard and my daughter got the boneless chicken wings and they were hard as a brick with very little chicken.In the middle of them will never go back.It was disgusting, loud and really upsetting for the price

  I’ve visited this place twice in one week, and tonight my experience truly went above and beyond my expectations. Becca was absolutely incredible — warm, friendly, and genuinely professional from the moment we met her. She clearly knows what she’s doing and made us feel completely comfortable the entire time. What stood out the most was how attentive and thoughtful she was. She listened to what we wanted,, and delivered with confidence and care. It’s rare to find someone who creates such a positive and memorable experience, but Becca definitely did that for us. We left feeling extremely satisfied and grateful. Becca is a true asset to this place, and we will definitely be coming back because of her! Highly recommended.

  Worst wings I’ve ever had. Dry and hard. I don’t know if they were premade and just sat there until someone ordered them because they seemed old. The lady that handed me my order had a horrible attitude. I got home and I was missing part of my order. I called and asked if I were to pick them up, would they give me something extra for my troubles like many restaurants do when they mess up but the same lady with the horrible attitude said no still with the same attitude throughout the phone call. Never returning again.

  My friends and i waited over 10 minutes to be seated at a booth, however there was an empty booth that i pointed out to the host. He said it needed wiped down, but that it was not his job! Finally after being seated we waited several more minutes, to place our orders! 45 minutes later we recieved our food, which was luke warm, we ate it as we didnt want to wait anouther 45 minutes! Needless to say, that wasnt the worst of it ! That night i was starting to not feel well, and by the next morning i was suffering from food poisoning!! I call my friends that ate with me, and ask them if they were feeling bad, and sure enough, they were sick also!!! This was our first and last time going here!!! 5 oct 25

  Came in around 9:30 and stood at the front waiting to be seated. A group of employees was standing at the front counter going over an order that was for to-go. No one acknowledged us. Not one word. We waited for over 5 minutes before asking them if we could be helped. The girl said sure- she went to find a host or waitress. Someone came and asked if they could seat us in one girls section, the girl said no. So the person went and looked for another spot, mind you this location was not even halfway full on a Friday night. After almost another 5 minutes we were finally taken to a spot and seated, the waitress saw us get seated, but she didn’t see me witness her roll her eyes and act completely bothered to be doing her job. She took out drink orders, mostly waters, and went to go get them and proceeded to talk about us to co-workers while rolling her eyes and looking in our direction. She brought the waters and didn’t even sit them down, she held them out and made us grab them from her. After all of this and the overall disgusting service, we decided to leave. We are visiting the area and she put a bad taste in our mouth for your hospitality in FWB / Destin. As residents of another resort and tourist area, this has never been our experience at our several local BWW locations, nor the experience in all of our travels across the USA. It’s too bad the experience was awful because we had to host over 50 people the next night after a soccer tournament and we typically go to BWW. Not this time.
