  Waterford B-dubs - what's going on?? I was craving boneless wings and a burger, and when I received it, it was very underwhelming and disappointing. My burger was great. My tots were supposed to have Chipotle Dry Rub and I received plain ones. My wedges were okay but had 4 chunks of deep-fried breading (or something... unsure - can see it in the picture). 5/10 of my boneless were TINY. I ordered my sauce on side, never got it. Overall, I didn't get the "b-dubs dip", the carrots/celery, utensils, dry rub on the tots, or my sauce.

  Came here for my 21st birthday with my family for my very first drink, I was able to order and wait for my drink only for the manager (Nicole K.) to come by and tell me my ID and temp paper ID were invalid to get a drink. She was nice about it but just about as inconsiderate as u can get. Unfortunately the rest of the food and night were not much better and it really ruined my 21st. If you're thinking of coming here for a holiday or special occasion, THINK AGAIN!!

  Racist in this day and age was told to sit myself and then was ignored watch waitress sit other non coloreds down. Spoke with the manager and got a shoulder shrug

  I go here all the time to watch the UFC fights. I've been going here for years. Lately when I come here the service sucks. The bartender disappears. I ordered the appetizer sampler. All fried foods, should take like 10-20 minutes to come out. It took about an hour and the bartender threw the kitchen under the bus for it. All of the food in the appetizer platter tasted the same. I got cheese sticks, fried pickles, pretzel bites and chicken tenders. I ordered one beer. I would've gotten more beers if the bar tender asked me if I wanted another one. I was there for about 2 hours and never received a check. I left a gift card. Hopefully it was enough to cover the bill! Maybe this place is just under poor management now? I guess hire a new manager and see if this place turns around. Overall I'm disappointed, this place used to be better.
