You know Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the most enjoyable places to visit; well not in Medford. If you enjoy an hour plus wait time for your drinks and another 45 minutes for food. I watched 3 tables arrive dine and leave while we waited for our first drinks. The service is horrendous and it’s not the servers fault, the managers are quite hostile to their employees; after mentioning concerns the server was scolded; and being her second day serving I found this to be very unprofessional. Medford bww is not like any I have ever been to. Will not be visiting this place other than door dash in the future. Poor service top to bottom.

We came, we sat for 30 min to wait for drinks, we waited an hour and a half for food. We left. It was terrible. We watched 4 tables who came in after us who ate and left. The waitress got a little flustered when I asked about it, but I was trying to have her understand that waiting that long is not normal. It might be normal here but not anywhere else.

Don't go in there expecting beer if your ID has any sort of damage they cant scan it and they'll kick you out of the bar. Buddies ID had damage on lamination and lady kicked us out of the bar and then we waited for regular seating for 15 minutes. When nobody came to seat us we just left to a local bar. Place is a joke never seen that policy anywhere else.

I had to recently check to see if there was a wing shortage in 2025 to see why the deal that it's clearly advertised is $19.99 on. The app is actually 25% more. When just a couple weeks ago I was getting the same deal for 1999 just like the app says. I feel like this price gouging is an obvious tactic that the owner or franchisee could have raised their prices in other means such as their drinks or other areas besides the digital online exclusive deals that I was looking forward to getting which is raised $5 when I'm already paying for an up charge on Mojo's and an up charge on drums. So my previous $23 order is now close to $30 in just the span of one week which I feel is a little ridiculous. A 25% increase seems like it's quite a lot in such a short time frame and as long as the price remains that I will not be back..

We've eaten here plenty of times, both dining in and getting takeout. Tonight's experience was bad enough that we won't do takeout again. I placed an order at 4:40 to be picked up at 5:20. 15 boneless, 10 bone-in, 5 tenders. Very standard stuff. My wife arrived just after 5:20 and was told they were just bagging it up. 15 minutes later, she was told the same thing. The food was not ready until 6pm. That's an hour and twenty minutes after the order was placed. When we got it home, we found that the tenders weren't included. We could have called to complain, but what's the point? They obviously don't have enough staff to handle the work load; there's no reason to make the night worse for whoever is unlucky enough to be working the phone. You don't get a breakdown this bad without a significant management issue. Everyone there is friendly, but whoever is steering the ship seems to be doing a poor job.
