I’ve visited this location several times and overall, it’s a great spot. The food is consistently excellent, with a wide variety of wings and sauces that never disappoint. The atmosphere is lively and fun, perfect for watching a game or hanging out with friends. The waitresses are friendly, attentive, and professional, which really enhances the dining experience.
However, I’ve had repeated issues with one of the hosts—a male staff member—whose attitude and behavior are completely out of line with the otherwise great service. He’s been rude, dismissive, and seems to lack basic customer service skills, which unfortunately leaves a bad impression before you even get seated. It’s disappointing because the rest of the team does such a great job.
I hope management takes note and addresses this, because it’s the only thing that makes me hesitate to return. Otherwise, this location has a lot going for it.

We placed an order through DoorDash last week and accidentally chose the wrong location. We immediately called this location to tell them we needed to cancel our order. They told us that our $80 would be refunded within 2-3 business days. It’s 3-4 business days later. We call them and they said we were never refunded. So now we have to wait another 3-5 business days. They were unprofessional on top of it all. My husband’s business spends hundreds and hundreds of dollars there monthly. They have lost his business.
