  It took over an hour at lunch to get our food. Are all BW3 this way now?

  If I could put no stars I would. We arrived at 7pm left at 9:45pm without putting one thing in my mouth. When checking in at 8pm I was told my food is coming out and never did. I had an issue before but I thought to give a place a second chance and I should have never done. Not to bring the racial card out but at 8pm a family of at least 15 people walked in at 8pm and had food by 8:35pm. Very disappointing for a franchise that literally has everything set up to throw a few wings in a microwave. I would never wish anyone to enter this place.

  Placed my takeout order 45 minutes before close, the lobby was empty while I waited for assistance by the door for 10 minutes, only to be told my order was sneakily pushed until TOMORROW MORNING because the kitchen apparently can't cook 10 boneless wings in less than 45 minutes on a slow monday night

  I’ve visited this location several times and overall, it’s a great spot. The food is consistently excellent, with a wide variety of wings and sauces that never disappoint. The atmosphere is lively and fun, perfect for watching a game or hanging out with friends. The waitresses are friendly, attentive, and professional, which really enhances the dining experience. However, I’ve had repeated issues with one of the hosts—a male staff member—whose attitude and behavior are completely out of line with the otherwise great service. He’s been rude, dismissive, and seems to lack basic customer service skills, which unfortunately leaves a bad impression before you even get seated. It’s disappointing because the rest of the team does such a great job. I hope management takes note and addresses this, because it’s the only thing that makes me hesitate to return. Otherwise, this location has a lot going for it.
