  Amazing experience by myself to watch Thursday Night Football, the person taking my order literally sat across from me to take my order as a friend. Made me feel so not alone. The the person whom appeared to be the cook brought me my most delicious, juicy smash burger I ever had. Truly, JMM

  Waitress made me feel as if I was going to run out on my tab. The bartender was cool as a fan, will go to the bar to order from now on. Just how I felt, the rest of my party had no issues.

  We had dinner with our kids here tonight and if I could give this rating 0 stars i would . Our food was old, cold and tasted like it was sitting in old grease. Our appetizer was brought out and we didn’t have plates, napkins or utensils. We had to ask someone who was not our server for these items. Our server Tatiana dropped our food off and we had to wave her down for a few things she missed with our order . I asked Tatiana what the hosts name was and she responded. “Her name is Ava. Did something happen? I’m one of the managers” there was Maybe 3-4 servers on tonight and Ava did 100 and 10 percent more than these servers. Ava as greeting and seating guest while bussing and running food with a sense of urgency. The other servers could have cared less if they had a smile on their face or was attentive to their guest or have any type of urgency . They need to take pointers from Ava. Ava deserves more tips than she is getting .

  As a venue that regularly hosts major sporting events, it’s expected that things can get busy and loud. However, the staff should still remain attentive and courteous. Our server appeared visibly annoyed throughout the visit, and another younger male server was quite rude and abrupt. We sat for about 2 hours with empty glasses and finished plates that were never cleared. One of our food items was missing, and when we mentioned it, the server didn’t apologize and simply brushed it off. I understand the rush during busy times, but the staff’s attitude made the experience feel unwelcoming.
