I’m so sick of finally deciding to come here and try again and get tiny hard pieces and not hit! My fries were hot but the chicken barely luke warm and it was dead in there and I figured it would be hot as long as it took to get them. Usually I say hey please make sure they are cooked fresh hot and wet but nope. We tried to not have to say that. I ordered a 15 piece. Just so disappointed! I left hungry cause I couldn’t eat anymore it was awful :-(

We will NEVER give this location our business again. We tried to come and eat around 730, asked for a booth because we have 2 small children with us. They said they can't give us a booth (SEVERAL empty clean booths available) because it would "mess up" their rotation. She walks us to the back side of the restaurant, which had an odd smell, and tries sitting us at a HIGH TOP. She said "Will this work for you?" I said "This?!" My husband said we have small kids! I was so fed up that they not only wouldn't let us have one of their many empty booths, they tried sitting us at a high top. She tried Giving us a nearby lower table but if you can switch us from high top to table, why can't you give us a booth? We turned around and left. You lost our business for good.

So I took my family there, we were greeted then sat, our server came eventually but I kept my son in my lap, bc he was going to get a high chair. 10 mins go by because we said we needed more time and still waiting for a high chair. He said he couldnt find one so my son sat on my lap for another 15mins. Then I got up to ask for a booster seat for a chair instead. As the night went we ordered nachos and let me tell you I had to ask for more cheese and jalapeños bc there was nothing but chips on the plate. The food finally came and was pretty cold, along with the only person that didnt get food was my 3 year old son. We waited for another 20 mins before my youngest got his food. His grilled cheese was also over cooked. So the experience was just expensive and sucked. We love bww though but that night was rough.

Okay folks.. I'm a very long-time Buffalo Wild Wings consumer.. I think my first experience was in Ohio, on the University of Cincinnati campus in 1986 or so, some four years after BW3 (Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck) was born in Kent, OH.. But I digress.. I haven't visited this location in some time.. Being in Iraq 🇮🇶 for most of 2024 notwithstanding, I kind of let this location slip away due to the age of the restaurant and the dated decor and restrooms.. The recent wall-to-wall remodel and the re-introduction of B-Dub's signature Hot BBQ wing sauce has brought me in twice in the past 3-4 weeks or so.. On both occasions I visited the bar and have received excellent service and excellent wings!! This newly refreshed location has a much-improved u-shaped bar, new televisions, and an entirely new feel!! The franchisee hit a home run with this!! Madison has been my primary bartender on both visits but all of the bar staff and even the management have been involved on these two visits.. All in all, I'll say that if you haven't been in a while, you should take another look.. This certainly isn't the "old" Moore B-Dubs!!
