  Title: Tasty Food, Slow Service I stopped in at Buffalo Wild Wings and ordered traditional wings with the Buffalo dry rub, cheese curds, and French fries. The food itself was great—the fries were hot and crispy, the wings were flavorful with a nice kick, and the cheese curds hit the spot. Service, however, missed the mark. Our appetizers and food arrived before our drinks, and water refills were hard to come by—I ended up getting up to the fountain three separate times to refill my own water. Our server, Kyle, seemed overwhelmed; it took a while to get basic requests handled, and we eventually needed backup assistance from another staff member. At the end of the meal, the check was dropped off, but it took more than ten minutes for anyone to return so we could pay. Overall, the kitchen delivered, but the front-of-house service needs attention. With quicker drink service and more attentive table checks, this could be an excellent experience.

  Went on Sunday, Aug 10th around 5pm. Parking lot was dead, so I thought we'd be in and out. I ordered a chicken sandwich and my friend ordered a burger. Food took forever to get out and when it did, the sandwich was scorching hot (Good) and the fries were lukewarm (Bad). Food was good, cooks just need to work on timing all ingredients on plate and service needs to speed up during slow times.
