  This is absolutely terrible service! I'm done coming here. Megan is amongst the worst waitresses I've ever had. She came to our table one time after bringing the food out when we are practically finished but waiting on more blue cheese and drinks. Not to mention a family with brats sat behind us kept making noise and kept pounding the booth. I will never eat at this place again.

  First time here, waited a total of 26 minutes at the entrance. Waited to be seated. Employees passing left and right and absolutely no one took the slightest interest to get us seated. Glad I didn't have the food here. Will not be coming back.

  We ordered to go via they're website, and the wings were all sorts of messed up and the mozzarella sticks had been haphazardly through in the box with the marinara, which led to the marinara exploding all over them. See pictures. There's always something here. Food is good but the value isn't. They gave us a total of 3 celery sticks, which is ridiculous considering the Wing Stop 2 minutes away will give you a whole box of celery and carrots with no issues

  I waited 30 minutes after my pickup time for my to go order. The manager/workers were not very professional in their demeanor or in giving me a response to my questions regarding why the order was so delayed. Maybe they forgot the order or didn’t time it right. I mean, the least a customer could receive in this scenario is the common etiquette of an apology?

  Friend and I came here around 10:30pm to catch the rest of the Thursday night football game. When we got here, nobody at the “host stand” so we stood there for about 5-10 minutes until a server finally asked us if we were dining in. We replied “yes” so then were told to sit wherever. It didn’t look busy as there were plenty of empty tables. We sat in the middle of the restaurant next to another table that had customers. We sat for about 10 minutes without anyone ever coming to our table. A server interacted with the table next to us, and even with another customer who came in a few minutes after us, but never once stopped by our table. When looking around it was as if all of the servers were actively avoiding eye contact. We got up and left after being in the building for about 20 minutes and getting zero service. It was extremely disappointing.
