  Stood for 5 minutes waiting to be seated watching one waitresses look us in the eye and continue bussing tables, and two more waitresses also make eye contact and walk away. When they finally came to seat us I think, the two of them were arguing over who had to seat us. Food is 0 stars because I didnt even get any. I walked out. They weren't busy, the place was more than half empty.

  Sat at bar. Bartender was very unfriendly. He acted like he did not want to be at work and like we were a nuisance to him because we chose to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. His bad mood and bad attitude ruined our date night. He gave my boyfriend the wrong beer. Then he brought our appetizer out at the same time as our entrées. When I mentioned to him that our appetizers should have been brought out before the entrées instead of an apology he got mouthy and even more rude. The manager of this location needs to contact me and refund the money we wasted there tonight.

  We have been here off and on for years and our experience is always terrible. Every time we place a to go order way in advance, it is over 30 minutes past pick up before we get it. Tonight we waited 30 minutes before we could leave. I think we’re finally just done going back at all.

  Came for the Colts game. Almost every TV was playing the bears game. Asked for a seat with view of Colts game, we were told no. Asked if they’d change a TV near us to the Colts game and they said no. So, we left. Have been here before and the food is always terrible. Chicken is dry, burgers overcooked, bread stale. My only standard for B Dubs is being able to watch sports and good service, and this place failed at both today.

  Beyond disappointed, surprised this location hasn't closed yet. We haven't been to this location in a couple years due to issues like tonight happening repetively. Decided to give them another try and that was a mistake on our part. Ordered over the phone and was given a 25 minute wait time. We came in after 30 minutes to pick it up and they asked for our name 6 times. Ended up having to wait another 30 minutes for 2 orders of wings and a kids meal. So over an hour total, We didnt even get everything with the kids meal. We weren't the only ones with this issue. Others had been waiting for over an hour for their pickup order. Employees in the back eating and chatting and another with his pants so far down his legs you could tell exact brand and color of his underwear. Definitely won't be back, we tried, and will be finding our wings elsewhere.
