  Very disappointing. I called and asked if I can get the $20 wing deal. I place the order and when I picked it up they told me the price was $35.99. I explained that I called and asked for the value bundle deal and even mentioned the price so it being 35 was unacceptable. The manager, Dave, told me it wasn't their fault but in reality it was their fault cause they have an in-store value bundel deal and thats what I got. Honestly from someone who gets wings here all the time and the one time I called it in I get robbed for an extra 15 is absolutely not okay. Honestly this makes Bdubs complete crap for not fixing their mistake. If it wasn't going to be $20 for the wings the lady on the phone should of said so. Never spending money again at Bdubs and all over $10. I hope its worth it

  Watch your card statements and keep your receipts! The young girl bartending this past Saturday the 4th around 3pm changed the tip on our receipt from a 20% tip to a 47% tip!! Our bill was only $19.39 to begin with so it wasnt a substantial amount, however it is such a disgusting thing to do none the less... Will not be back because of this.

  Placed an online order, arrived after the expected pick up time and waited another 20 minutes inside. No explanation and no apologies were given.

  Horrible! I haven’t eaten meat in 11 years and today ordered the cauliflower wings… took a bite.. guess what? chicken. i complained to the server and she said that the wings were all fried together chicken and cauliflower… the manager came and said the opposite.. so how did the chicken get with my cauliflower if they’re fried separately? also found out that the cauliflower wings are fried in beef tallow so vegetarians BEWARE. He then offered that next time I come in he could bake it instead but why is that not prefaced? There should be a verbal warning via the server letting you know they are fried in beef tallow and have a baked option. Also, manager did not offer any discount ( not that that was the point) and seemed to not give a crap. On top of that, service was subpar… saw the table maybe 5 times? Took an hour for the entree and there was maybe 5 tables total. This was the second bad experience and wanted to try to give the restaurant another try. Obviously a mistake. Won’t be coming back.

  I don’t know what’s going on lately, but no matter how many times I order the original Buffalo sauce, I keep getting the dry rub. I literally specify sauce, so why give me dry rub? On top of that, the fried pickles have been off, one side nice and crispy, the other just thick batter. Usually, the wings are a solid 10/10, but with all these mistakes happening more often, it’s definitely not a 10/10 experience anymore.
