  Our server, Kennedy, was absolutely the best part of the evening. She handled our table's collectively room temperature IQ well (there were 6 of us) and as we engaged in mutual friendly roasting, it was hilarious and honestly better than the food. Which was good, about what you'd expect from any wing place.

  Simply put: understaffed during College and NFL games. I feel sorry for the servers bc they get the complaints. Too many tables being worked by one server. Decided against this place for weekly gatherings for football watching with friends from the office. I could hear other tables complain about the slow service, a server who would take forever to chk on them ( not their fault) etc... Get more coverage during peak times

  Walked in, got ignored for 10 minutes. Place is absolutely filthy. There’s a bunch of tables that hadn’t been bussed and food all over the floor. It wasn’t even busy and they didn’t even care to clean. The manager was at the bar talking to two people. Doing nothing. It shows.

  They can never get an order right! Every single time I order from this place there’s something wrong with my order. About 2 weeks ago I ordered for pickup, when I got my order they gave me the wrong type of wings. So my pickup turned from a 20 min task to a 1+ hour wait time at the restaurant. The funny thing is they offered me a drink for the mistake, and they never gave it to me lol. Today, I ordered 2 sauces on the side for my wings and both of them were wrong. I realized when I got home because I didn’t think they were dumb enough to mess up both of my sauces. I guess you even have to taste the sauce at the restaurant to make sure they gave you the correct one. I’m not sure what kind of skills you need to work there but being good at attention to detail is definitely not one of them.

  For a while it got better but it’s back to long waits. I’ve never been at a place that nobody even greets us. Literally. For over a year anytime I give this place another chance I’m met with disappointment. Sitting here for over 30 mins just to he greeted. Like I said. It improved for a bit for a couple months but it’s back to not being worth it. 4 people turned around and left since I’ve been here. Honestly, idk how this location is still open.
