It took 45 min to get cold food.... Another 35 min to get a check. Absolutely go somewhere else. It's not even busy.

No one answers the phone.
I needed to place a large party order with some questions and called most of the morning and no one ever answered! Had to go across town to another location.

I placed an order on door dash. I waited over 2 hours. The door dash driver was at the restaurant waiting for my order. I finally called bww and was told my order was picked up and they offered to remake it. I asked how it was possible it was picked up when the driver was waiting there. Then the employee told me maybe I ordered at another location. I checked my phone and it showed the correct location. By this time the door dash driver called me and told me he was getting the run around from the store and to cancel my order. I did so and was given an option to reorder and puck up myself. I chose that option. And called the restaurant back the employee assured me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I drove to the restaurant and they didn't have my order. I asked to speak with the manager. His name is Marcus and he was very rude, taking over me and getting argumentative. I asked what he was going to do to make it right. I asked for a coupon. He gave me a coupon. When I checked the value it was an invalid coupon. I will be calling the corporate office.

We were seated right away only to wait 45 minutes before we had to go to the front and order to go. Ana was the first server to finally check on us and made sure we got our food as soon as it was ready. Before this no other server even offered to get our drinks. All other servers were oblivious to our presence. Sad part is that the restaurant was pretty empty. Thank you Ana for taking care of us.

My wife and myself, frequent Bdubbs on a daily basis. The service is always good. Especially because we are regulars, the staff and management always take care of us. However, today was different. The waiter who is Edwin, didn’t acknowledge when we walked in and sat at our table. He passed our table 2 times and never greeted us nor took our order. The manager Shawn seen that we were leaving and apologized and offered to take our order. We politely declined because we felt shunned by the waiter/bartender. This is our second negative experience with Edwin. He was always nice to us but that has changed in the recent weeks. I’m not sure what’s going on there. I’m not even sure we’ll be going back. It was disheartening, the coldness Edwin displayed towards us. We typically spend $60-$120 each visit.
