  I frequent here very often and the food, beverages and service are usually as a solid 10 out of 10. However, my most recent visit on 10/18/25 was extremely disappointing. My brother just flew in from out of the country after being gone for 3 year and BWW is literally his favorite place to go. Not only did we wait over an hour, the soda had a strange unpleasant nasty taste. We ordered cheeseburgers, wings, fries and potato wedges and honestly, the potato wedges were the only thing with any flavor. The hamburger meat tasted completely unseasoned and even the wings being barely coated in sauce or dry rub, were bland and tasteless. Everything just severely lacked flavor. I’m extremely disappointed, especially since this place is normally so good. This visit made me question if I'll ever return again. I really hope this was just an off day because this experience was far below their usual standard.

  After 3 years out of the country and looking forward to BWW upon returning, the food was disgraceful, after waiting nearly an hour. Dry, flavorless wings with minimal dry rub and sauce. Fries were cold and replaced with overcooked fries. A wing place that can’t even make decent wings, and doesn’t care about quality control.

  Came here with my husband to enjoy a meal and watch the football game on tonight, got sat within a few minutes which is okay. Then the server came a few minutes after we sat down got our waters and then we said we needed a minute to decide, almost 20 min later we never saw her again. We unfortunately had to just get up and leave because as we are sitting there starving, we didn’t think this place is worth our time nor our money if we can’t even get any service. Choose a better place than here!

  Terrible service, terrible attitude We got a table and we sit there like 20min without a server. No one offered us drinks, nothing! My husband tried to talk to someone but the young men simply ignore him. We tried to be patient until they sat a couple next to us and immediately the young server took the drinks and order. Zero urgency, zero care. Not busy at all. All Sunday servers were sitting in the drink station with their phones and drinking soda while we were waiting to get a server. We left without saying anything. Not back again for a while. Terrible experience!!
