  At 8:15 pm on Wednesday, 10/08/25, I waited 10 minutes to be seated and was told they would be right with me and 5 minutes later I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes just to be seated. There were booths clean and ready to be sat. I had to give them a 1 because there wasn't a 0.

  I love waiting 20 minutes to be seated while no one is in front of us. They all kept making eye contact with us and kept going upon there business. Horrible customer service.

  For the last couple of months we have noticed a tremendous increase in food wait times. Normally when places are busy it is understandable, not here. Even during lunch services the food wait is awful. Hope they sort it out soon.
