  Esperamos más de 3 horas para comer ,y eso que siempre venimos aquí y no tardan ,y a lo último preguntamos que si faltaban mucho y dijeron que no ,y pedimos cola ,y la tiraron todo enojado

  Absolutely do not order door dash from this establishment. Expect hours long delays and a marry go round of accepted and dropped orders.

  God awful service if you're pick up. Even if you order it ahead of time they do not monitor the foods people order therefore theft is way too common. Worst place to get lunch.

  We were hopeful that the reviews were wrong. But unfortunately this location misses the mark. Very under staffed. Watched their servers and kitchen staff absolutely fail while working their tails off. Kitchen was so backed up people waiting for to go food were waiting over an hour for their food. We waited 45 minutes for our wings in the bar and my food was cold. I didn’t end up eating it, or sending it back. Staff needs more training on what is on the drink menu. Husband had to actually point to the type of beer he wanted after not getting what he ordered the first time. I ordered a mocktail off the menu and received a beer. (I even confirmed with the server before he walked away that the mocktail was actually alcohol free, and he returned with a beer) Server was nice, but under trained and also serving as a host seating tables. This is probably why I ended up with cold food. What I watched tonight was not fair to your kitchen or serving staff. They were all kind but under trained and under staffed.

  This location has a serious problem with not being able to understand simple instructions as putting sauces in the bag for all delivery and or pick up orders multiple times I have done a DoorDash order and multiple times. It’s missing the sauce and the sauce makes the meal. Do better in seriously the general manager and the manager need to do better also this is getting pathetic
