  Awful. Took 45 minutes to order food. Kids food came out about 25 minutes later. Adult meals didn’t show up for another 25 minutes. By then we just asked for it to go. Food was cold and hard. Never again.

  If you told me this restaurant just microwaves Tyson frozen nuggets and wings for their entrees, I would believe you. The wings were dry and nasty and the fried pickles were soggy with no crunch. The waitress was kind, which was a bonus, but I wouldn’t say the service was fast by any means – especially for their lackluster food. Bit of a gripe, but they were also playing the news on the speakers instead of sports for half the time we were there (and many football/hockey games were playing, silently). Everything from local homicides to the weather. The atmosphere resembled a doctor's office waiting room more than a sports bar.

  I don't know how the food tasted, the service was horrible. Party of 10 and no one got their food at the same time. My food came out 10mim after everyone else's and my husband's came out 30min after everyone's. When speaking to the Mgr he got argumentative with us about the situation. Ordered a 2nd drink and got that with my check! Worst experience ever!

  Food was cold and my server was rude and manager tried to say I was wrong . Drive 1 hour and 15 mins to come here for all that to Happen . First time going out in a date in months and this happens . Will not be coming back .

  Unfortunate to see this establishment go downhill and quickly become a less than exciting place to eat. Sad rewards and customer service experience. We will not be back as there are other great family friendly restaurants to frequent.
