  Did an online order thru the app as a guest for the first time, guy who delivers it was leaving and I said there’s supposed to be drinks he goes no. Then we translate thru his fone from Portuguese he says to cancel thru the app, found out u can’t as a guest. Tried to call the store 3 times and no one answers, Get in my car and drive a town over to get my food. Almost 1 hour and 45 minutes after I order. I get there and my food is on the shelf. Server there listens to my story doesn’t apologize or offer me anything when I paid extra delivery fees. I hand the server the wrong order back and she goes “I’ll have to make him a new one” then points to my food on the shelf. Now driving home with my cold food. Last time ordering food here .

  it took 10 minutes for someone to come to our table, we had to yell to someone to get us drinks, no one checked on us and the server for our section was helping everyone around us. we had to go to the front to ask someone for our check and even after that the waitress tried to up charge us and not honor the free wings for Thursday's. the food was great, but this was the worst customer service I've ever had especially at this place. no thank you or have a good night just slam the check on the table and walked away

  Placed an online order, but when I arrived some workers hadn’t come up to me. Jackie came up and made sure to take care of me right away when she saw me. She told me it would only be a couple more minutes for my order and went straight to getting my order ready.

  First time coming in yesterday and I was greeted with warm smiles! Jackie helped me understand the menu and guided me to what she recommends and made sure to ask questions on what my preferences were. Superb service! Will be coming back!

  DO NOT GO HERE. FOOD POISONING. They gave me an incorrect order of yesterday's food as I was taking out and didn't check because I was in a hurry. While I didn't eat hardly any of it I got food poisoning. I wrote TWICE to the corporate office and got no response from either corporate or the store. DO NOT GO HERE. NOT A SAFE DINING EXPERIENCE>
