Then we translate thru his fone from Portuguese he says to cancel thru the app, found out u can’t as a guest. Tried to call the store 3 times and no one answers, Get in my car and drive a town over to get my food. Almost 1 hour and 45 minutes after I order. I get there and my food is on the shelf. Server there listens to my story doesn’t apologize or offer me anything when I paid extra delivery fees. I hand the server the wrong order back and she goes “I’ll have to make him a new one” then points to my food on the shelf. Now driving home with my cold food. Last time ordering food here .
