  I had the worst experience ever in this place!! I went with my family, a 2 year old toddler, we got our table, checked the menu and we waited more than 20 minutes if the waitress would come to the table and ask what would like to drink. The restaurant was not full and no one of waitress wanted to serve us. They completely ignored us, they just staring at us, laughing and asking other customers how's everything. I'm completely disappointed because I been eating in this place before and it's my first time experiencing discrimination just because we speak Spanish and we're latinos. At the end no one went to our table so we left. We went to EL JARIPEO and they assisted us no more than 5 minutes. BUFFALO WILD WINGS STAFF SUCKS. My toddler was crying because she was starving and no waitress was willing to help us at least getting one cup of water.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  I can’t rate the food because we never got any. The service was by far the worst and most absurd experience I’ve ever had. We came in with a large party, I have been to restaurants in a large party before and never waited 2 HOURS for food and 45 minutes to even have our food order taken. When asked to speak with the manager he gaslit us into thinking it was our fault because we had a large party. He then claimed he would go get our food, when 2 other waitresses came out and asked us again what we ordered, it was incorrect and we told them we didn’t want it anymore. It had nearly been 2.5 hours at this point and we were no longer hungry. We will NEVER return to this restaurant. The staff is untrained and the manager is rude and does not take ownership of his mistakes. Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrendous.
