  only time i get good service is if im in the bad area. also anytime we do call in orders we have missing items & if we do doordash we NEVER get ranch. wings without ranch. do better guys

  this place sucks, called them in advance to ask about the ufc fight if they were gonna stream it they said yes so I drove 20 min here and when I got here they said they were not gonna stream it. and thats it they didn’t care. I ordered food to go since I was already here and it took 40 minutes to get it. just go somewhere else

  I actually just ran in to grab some sauce the other day, and while they were out of the bottle I was looking for, they went above and beyond to help me out. One of their cooks came out (I didn't get his name! Older black gentleman, very sweet, please give him some kind of shout out) and gave me cups of two sauces he made himself, "BMF" and "Dragon Fire", plus a big cup of the sauce I was originally looking for. The ones he made were SO GOOD!! We're both hot sauce snob here, and even my picky boyfriend loved it. I don't know if BWW ever sources sauces from their employees, but if that's a thing, I support my Sauce Boss. The other employees were helpful and kind as well, and the restaurant was very clean. Thanks again, guys!

  This has to be the absolute worst run Restaurant in town. I never write reviews, but my experience at this establishment compelled me to inform future visitors what to expect. For one, you’ll never get your food on time whether you order it in person or takeout. You never get any explanation for why the food is late or how long it will be so they just make you wait and wait until your patience runs out. If you order takeout double check your food because half of the time your food will be missing. When you talk to anyone about the issues you’re experiencing, they could care less. Everything about this place is just awful.
