  First off the food is always good here. We have been to this location several times. But.. the service wasn't good. Our waitress only checked on us a few times and we waited over an hour for our food. Normally I wouldn't mind but everyone around us had gotten their food and we still hadn't received ours. When food finally came they were missing my order and had to come ask about it. I was very disappointed in this trip here.

  DO NOT GO TO! Place is the worst service in the world. Another time I ordered food and waited an hour before they canceled the order and I’m still waiting on a refund.   I travel alot for work and I eat at many BW3's around the country. This location has the worst customer service. Tonight I waited 25 mins to order food at the bar , because the staff is so inattentive and unable to multitask and prioritize. I will never come back here.

  Online order Been ordering Online last time for this location..ask everything there was told it was ..get home half the order is missing called was told they would refund my order still not received refund even after emailing G manager rest of food was cold and looked to be old
