  I ordered takeout a few days ago and one item was left out. I called and spoke to the manager and since I didn’t want to drive back to the restaurant, she said they would credit my card for the item. A few days later, I saw the credit on my card, however, it was less than the cost of the item.

  Trashy food, really bad service, while I was there 3 people call and return for their wrong orders. I was like, ok. And guess what same thing here, my order was sitting in the hot box for more than 5 min because the two funny young girls was just talking and the manger came and said. Sorry I apologize, rude and she don’t care her job.

  I got here just about once a week and I cannot get enough of this place! I love Bdubs, but this place has me coming back for the service! Highly recommend checking this out!

  Here’s is a break down of our visit. Arived - Waited 15min to be seated (open seats everywhere, and no one acknowledge the crowd that was forming at the door. Seated - Waited 20min for someone to even come up to the table. Order - Apitizers took another 10min to come out (chips and salsa) Waited 45min for our actual food time come out. Check - we asked for the check in advanced due to how long everything was taking, but still took 20min. We spent 2.5 hours here and felt invisible the whole time. The service here was the worst I have ever experienced at any restaurant. Spoke to the manager and he could of cared less

  a sports bar doing annoying trivia on nba opening night??? not to mention the loud mic feedback that kept getting played over and over. my beer had clearly been put through a line that hadnt been cleaned, unless pacifico changed to a fruit flavored beer since i last had one, and my pepsi was missing syrup. food was fine, not what b dubs used to be. our server was nice. will not be back, and again, if you want to go to trivia theres like 6 bars that do it on tuesday in denton, and you wont be interrupting the sports games everyone else is there to watch.
