  Im getting a new identity card so the dmv stamped void on it. The bar keep won't serve me because of it. However it still has my legal birth date on it. This is B.S.

  Waited 10 minutes over the online time given for pick up order to be ready. Gave me the wrong order and I didn't see that till I got home. The wings and fries were cold and hard so we couldn't even eat them. Contacted them about the order online through the app and still haven't heard back. It's been more than 6 days. ***** Update: they got back to me today and I am uploading the screen shot of the email. They won't even refund me for the wrong order and cold food. They think 12$ worth of points is going to replace an order they messed up. It doesn't. I even sent them photos to prove that it was the wrong order...Bad business, will not give them anymore of my money. This how you vote with cash.

  Came for lunch at 12:50 only 8 people seated. No one in waiting room but me. Waiting 12 minutes while the waitress walk around ignoring me. One of them looked me in the eyes and did not even approach me. 7 minutes later a couple walks in and a few minutes the waitress approached them first sat them then came to me. This is ridiculous. I told her I was here first and she just said ok. Customer service sucks its like this everytime I come here. Guess im the idiot for coming here. People are rude here.

  Can’t rate the food cause I never get it, this location is so terrible. I literally have tried to come here twice and the people in charge always seem to have an excuse. I wrote a letter to management last time and got NOTHING back. But I was hungry and it’s close by and yet again they disappointed me. This place is complete garbage, they can’t even say hello, and stay in the corners of the restaurant and behind the bar and make eye contact with you. I can see why there are no customers here, it’s terrible. I’ll go to wing stop I guess. Thanks for nothing.
