I had an offer on the app so we decided to eat there. We weren't sure if it would be doable since it was late afternoon on a college football Saturday. Things looked up when we found a front parking spot. We were immediately greeted and sat when we walked in. The only issue there was we were sat next to the only table that everyone was yelling at the TV for every play. It was annoying but livable. There wasn't many people in there at that point. Our server, Ryan, was awesome, she was there quick and got our drink orders and even talked us into a couple appetizers. She gave us some time and then came back for our orders. My oldest got an order of wings, lemon pepper I think. And my youngest and I got the Pick 6 for 2 deal. She got the boneless wings (orange chicken) and I got the All American burger. That is where things went kind of south. It took what felt like about an hour for our food to come out. Our server was on the ball with refills and updates on the status of our orders. We figured that someone didn't show up for work since it wasn't that busy and there were plenty of empty tables. By the time our food finally came out everyone was full from the appetizers. We picked at our food and then took it home. The burger made for a good lunch the next day at work. The good part was the bill with the pick 6 and the app offer, was under $50. We spend that much on fast food. Been a long time since we saw a bill like that at a sit down restaurant.

After a 10+ year hiatus, due to an overall bad experience, we gave it another go. This was a mistake. The service was great but that did not make up for thr terrible food and terrible atmosphere. The seating was worn out 10 years ago and is still worn out. The vynal has holes in it in every both I could see. Our table was sticy and stained. The restaurant has a "stale" smell. The food was just bad. Not fresh. You could easily pull the same food out of a box in your freezer and prepare in a few minutes at home. Only yours would probably taste better. It is very obvious the management simply does not care. Very disappointed.

I traveled to Pensacola, FL and stayed at the Tru Hilton on Bayou Blvd on September 18th. Hotel front desk staff suggested this restaurant because I was hungry, tired and wanted something nearby. I should've known better because of my 3 bad experiences dining @ the BWW locations in Jacksonville, FL. But I walked over anyway. Different city, maybe a better experience and food. Order taker recommended the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich entrée since I told her I was wanted something with very spicy hot sauce. I pd and she told me my order would take about 45 minutes. No problem. I can wait at the bar and get a drink and watch Thursday Night NFL game. Bartender (forgot his name) was awesome. He was attentive to patrons as soon as I sat down. Also, told me he could go to the kitchen to rush my food order because it shouldn't take that long. I told him thanks but no worries. I didn't mind the wait. Ordered 2 shots of tequila and an hour later went back to the front to check on my order. It was ready and I was hungry. Grabbed the bag and walked back to Tru Hilton. First couple of bites was disappointed because the sauce wasn't spicy hot as advertised. More med hot. Third bite tasted weird in my mouth. Removed bun to see the middle of the chicken meat was pinkish and raw. Disgusting! I was too tired to drive/walk back over to Buffalo Wild Wing. Waited an hour for take out order just to receive raw food after leaving a nice tip for a to go order. ☹️ Bartender was awesome but I will never ever eat food from any BWW location again.

Hearken, good gentles, whilst I recount a most worthy repast at yon house of victuals known far and wide as Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon mine entry, I was greeted not with mere courtesy, but with the warm embrace of hospitality most rare in these latter days. Truly, the air was alive with the fragrance of sauces bold and the crackling cheer of merriment. But chief amongst the delights of the evening was the noble service rendered by one Tyler, a server of uncommon grace and diligence. With steady hand and ready wit did he attend to every need, bearing platters laden with golden wings as though they were treasures fit for a king’s table. No draught of ale was left unfilled, nor any question left unanswered; his manner bespoke both courtesy and cheer, so that we felt not patrons alone, but honored guests. As for the wings themselves, lo! they were a triumph of both flavor and fire. Each morsel sang upon the tongue, kissed with sauces of such variety and vigor that I found myself lost betwixt choice and delight. Truly, the house and its good steward Tyler did deliver a feast most worthy of remembrance. In sooth, I declare: should any soul seek hearty fare, spirited drink, and service of the highest order, let him hie himself to Buffalo Wild Wings, and may fortune grant him the pleasure of Tyler’s most excellent care.

To Whom It May Concern: I placed an online order at your location on September 24, 2025, scheduled for pick-up at 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:55 a.m. and stood at the counter while several employees walked past me without so much as an acknowledgment. When I finally stopped an employee coming out of the kitchen to ask if anyone was working the front counter, I was told to “hold on.” Several minutes later, another employee came out. After giving her my name, I was told my order would take another five minutes. During this time, I spoke with another customer who had a 10:35 a.m. DoorDash order and had already been waiting 25 minutes. She was understandably frustrated, as the delay would negatively affect her rating. Even when I asked to purchase a drink, I had to wait again for someone to come to the register. By the time I finally received my order, it was 11:21 a.m. This entire process caused me to waste my entire lunch hour simply trying to pick up an order that was placed well in advance. The lack of acknowledgment, long wait time, and poor customer service are unacceptable. I am requesting that management review this incident and provide a resolution, whether that be a refund, store credit, or other compensation. I would also strongly encourage better training and oversight at this location to ensure future customers do not experience the same treatment. This was sent to your home office. I look forward to your prompt response.
