  My family gets food from the West Saginaw location often and it's always great. The servers are awesome too and the manager that's usually there is named Brad and he's a gem. Polite and charming! Great job on the staff and the food!!!

  I love it there great service every time…Food always on point..and @jared Mobley stop going if you problem everytime you go…Sounds like you trying to get a free meal..🤣🤣🤣

  Love this place for watching a game and food. Lots of tv's and smiling faces. Also love they have a carry out area that is ran very well.

  I’ve given this establishment numerous chances to redeem themselves and it’s been worse and worse every time. Orders 20 mins past promise time when the place is empty and food is cold and when you get it the wings are tiny fry portions are small carrots and celery portion are small even when you double up 1 bag 5 sticks second bag 3 I’m done with this place

  As a former manager of restaurants I love going around and giving my feedback. First let me say, I haven't been to a BWW in years, and my previous feelings were, yeah they had some decent wings, some great sauces and not much after that. But I am so surprised to see what all they have done with this menu! The burgers looked amazing! The sandwiches looked amazing! But I stuck with what I always get, wings. The place was packed. Wings were good, my fries were cold. Service was good, Ashley. And being a manager, I loved what I saw.. I believe name tag said Brett, something with a B. You could see him helping everywhere, interacting with tables, and helping staff. Super impressed with the new menu changes! It's been awhile since I've been in, but I feel like I'll be back sooner this time!
