  Food arrived cold. Waitress argued with me about it. This is NOT a very good restaurant.

  Tried to place an order online. The website wasn't working, literally the checkout button would not work. I called to place the same order, the total came out $20 extra. I spoke with the manager Nick and he told me there was nothing he could do. He agreed with me that it was ridiculous, and assured my he had already told corporate he knew of the issue but the machine wouldn't let him change an order total. Obviously I didn't spend my money here today and you shouldn't either. Don't waste your money on corporations so jaded they can't even there managers the tools to make thing right or make the prices consistent. Maybe the manager was just lieing. I told them the prices of each item but they didn't tell me where the difference was. What a joke and a waist of time.

  We ordered a side sauce of buffalo because the wings are usually slightly dry at this location. When I called to ask for a refund, I was told that they ran out of Buffalo sauce and it is what it is. We did not get the sauce we paid extra for. The woman who spoke to me was incredibly mean and did not care at all that this happened. Before transferring me to the manager, I was told there would he “consequences” for my frustration, after being talked down to by the employee. I highly recommend avoiding this location entirely.

  Went in and ordered 30 wings to go. The hostess asked me if I wanted some ranch. I asked how many come with the order she said actually it doesn’t they are $1.00 each. Are you kidding me you charge for ranch now?!! Didn’t come with carrots or celery either!! Stop ripping us customers off!!
