  The food was cold, hard and to top it off the kids meal was not even delivered. You pay so much and get crappy food.

  For a second time I had a very poor experience with my kids, from unpolite staff, to cold food. I can try to understand on a packed weekend but this was not the case with half the dining room being empty. I shared my experience with the manager the next day and he said "next time ask for me and you'll get good hot food". Nope, shouldn't take 3 times. I would pass on this location.

  Great spot for lunch. Great service, a smash burger, or on the lighter end, their street tacos hit the spot. Wish they had vinegar for the fries...

  Have the best service that me and my wife and my children have ever had Morgan!!!!! was the best even though she was busy. All night, she still made time to come back. And check, we needed everything. She even sat down with our youngest and let her order her own food and she took it down perfectly to AT and then we ran into a problem with our check and she got the manager and they were going to let me leave and come back and pay because something happened on their end. But we ended up figuring it out, and by far the best night we've ever had out. Like I said, Morgan!!!!!! was the best. Definitely recommend to get her section. And Ed, the manager very helpful, very respectful

  Sunday 9-21. Getting busy. Ed the gm here at 415 s wads is always around to help keep things smooth. Its a sports bar, louder than others on game days. As it is expected to be... Its a sports bar. It is flu/can't work season. Frustrating. But bar service is stellar. Jess behind the bar takes it all in stride. Preston kills it as well. This location provides a more consistant high level of service. Bottled beer is always cold. W 64th location take note. Fried pickles are not all stuck together and are cooked properly. 80th ave guys take note. This is a Great location, definitely their givashitter works at. Got an issue, Trudy or Chris are around if Ed is gone.
