  I don’t know who manages this place but they need more help! Tables full of plates and old food. These servers can barely keep up with their guests. Need multiple mangers here helping with these guests. Also other servers should be helping clear tables instead of sitting around talking. Place is a complete mess and who ever manages this place should get fired for not having more structure and having this place under control.

  Ive come to this BWW quite a few times but tonight definitely stuck out. Grace was a fabulous waitress and Jeff was quick to answer any allergy questions genuinely. Other visits in the past havent always been the most desirable but nights like tonight make up for it.

  For a restaurant that prides themselves on their wings... There is much to be desired. Some of the worst tasting wings I've ever eaten. I haven't eaten BWW in years... And now I remember why. I doordashed 15 wings. Ate 4 of them and threw the rest away. Got 1 tiny half cup of ranch. I'd rather skip a meal than eat this trash again.

  From bad to worse ... Came in because a commercial advertised 20 wings with fries for 19.99. server told us it wasn't available because: first, they don't serve fries with wings and second because that is typically a "football special" (college football was on the TV's). Ended up ordering 15 bone-in wings and a honey bbq chicken salad. 30 minutes after ordering server told us that we were waiting on the salad. 10 minutes later the order was finally delivered. Server made no effort to get the manager involved for a salad taking 40 minutes. This was a good reminder why we don't eat at this restaurant.

  Waited 30 mnts just for someone to show to our table to order drinks, another 20 mmts for her to go back to order food. We ordered food and it took 40 mnts to get 15 wings and not 50 wings. We said we ordered 50 not 15. I mean maybe she understood 15 but, common sense for a family of 7 and not odering more food. WE WAITED ANOTHER 15 MNTS. NO APOLOGIES, not even a it's almost coming nothing. We decided to leave our wings never showed. We talked to the manager on our way out because, of course, they still charge for the full service. All we got we had a weird day. Really???? We never had an issue before at this place but after today Im done. We understand sometimes they might be short on waitress but stop seating people if they can't handle what they have already. People that showed after we did left before we did. There was no excuse and not fair for a 2 hour wait and no food.
