  Ordered online for pickup at 6pm. Estimated it'd be ready at 640pm. I show up and waited until 736pm. When I finally got my food I rushed home to watch the game and when I get there I realized they didn't give me my cheese curds, they barely covered the bottom of my container with fried pickles and the wings I waited so long for were ice cold. I felt bad for the guy at the front taking calls, seating people, and checking on orders. I know it was busy, but you can't be an hour off on your ETA. I kept asking how much longer, because I didn't wanna miss the game and they kept saying IDK. I would've left and grabbed KFC on the way home if I had known.

  Boneless wings and fries were not hot. More breading than chicken. The place smelled like dirty mop water. The server Leah was great !

  After seeing the barrage of commercials featuring the pick 6 we decided to try it. One and done. Food was’t anything special, service indifferent and the table was kind of sticky. Makes sense since we observed one of the servers drop her cleaning wipe on the floor, pick it up, and continue to wipe down tables with it. Not going back anytime soon

  I went there and they were friendly but when I got the food it was the worst i have ever seen and it looked like it was siting out for day and this is not the first time this is the 3 time this has happened. It was also a simple order of just fries and they can’t make it right. We don’t like to complaint but this is third time same location . They need to improve quality of food.

  Shae, at the front is rude. She also got our order wrong and it took an extra 20min to get our food. No apology, no recompense, just lazy.
