The past 2 months I've tried ordering multiple times online and on the app, and it never works once I attempt to pay. I call the store and they tell me to wait until the site is back up, WHEN WILL THAT BE?! This is why I haven't been ordering from here. I use to at least once a week. They don't offer any solution to the problem.

Very bad service, I waited 40 minutes for the food to come, the chicken tasted very bad, and the fries were cold and tasted very salty.🤮🤢

This is my preferred Buffalo Wild Wings location in all of Columbus. Even with another location just a few minutes away, I always choose to make the extra drive to this one. The atmosphere is much more enjoyable—not nearly as loud as other locations—and the food consistently comes out in a timely manner.
The specials are a great bonus, and the food always tastes fresh and satisfying. Most importantly, the service here truly stands out. The staff is attentive, friendly, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Thank you for consistently providing such a great experience

Food was just okay, we finished eating at 8:03 and didn’t get checks until 8:49, didn’t get debit cards collected and food paid for until 8:57, didn’t leave until 9:00. Not happy.

The service was awesome we had a party of nine and never had to ask for anything I got a Spicy Chicken Sandwich that was not really Spicy but still tasted awesome decent spice for what you get better than I remember it being last time I went definitely recommend this location
