  Came here for Cubs game. Ended up watching college football, soccer, ufc and baseball. Substantial number of TV screens and seating. Service from all staff exceeded my expectations. Nick was awesome! Great deal on the Pick 6 at $19.99. Highly recommend for watching sports and drinks.

  I knew not to expect much from this place, but waiting over an hour with no food and only one server in such a large dining area is beyond comprehension. No matter how much I try to be understanding, it’s just unacceptable. I honestly wonder if the headquarters are aware of this situation. In the end, the food came out only after we had already finished our beer and water and were about to leave. I have no words.

  I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings in Vernon Hills a few times, and while the food is usually good, my visit tonight was the last straw. After a 12-hour workday, I got home to find they gave me beef instead of chicken — I’m highly allergic to beef and haven’t eaten it in 8 years. At 11 PM, I had to drive back just to get the food I originally ordered. The service didn’t help either. Arianna, our server/hostess, was unpleasant start to finish- and when I explained the issue her response was, “I don’t understand the issue.” Really? The manager (heavier-set African American gentleman, no name tag) did apologize, remake my food, and toss in another box of fries, but by then my night was already ruined. I’ll be sticking with the St. Charles location from now on — their staff is attentive, friendly, and my order always comes out right. With so many better dining options in the Vernon Hills area (Yus Mandarin, Tacos El Norte, Wingstop), I won’t be returning to the Vernon Hills B-Dubs.

  Brook, the bartender is AWESOME! She knows her drinks and will also recommend some! Then she'll dazzle you with her vast repertoire of movies and completely keep you entertained while dining!!!
